“Teenage love… It reminds me of my mom and dad… They were so in love” Sunny frowned and looked out to the field, she was trying not to cry. Sunny zoned out at whatever was going on. She shook her head and felt like she was in her nightmare again. Sunny fell but caught onto the branch before she fell to the ground.

“Oh…” She patted Sunny’shead, when, all of a sudden, she was patting air. Chaerin looked down, and, in relief, Sunny managed to catch the lower branch instead of crashing down. Chaerin swiftly went on the same branch, and examined Sunny. She seemed alright. “Yah, Soonkyu-sunbae, don’t scare me like that. If you would have fallen, they would have said that it was my fault.” Chaerin was a detetion regular, a rebellious student and a “tagged” deliquent. If Sunny would have been hurt, the arrow would have been directly pointed to her.

“Yah, why you are taking a second bite of my shaved ice?” She eyed him protecting her baby. No one was permitted to touch Lee Chaerin’s food. Giving a bite to someone was a great heartbreak, well not really, but still, people shouldn’t try to touch a girl’s food. “Your fangirl has become a tomato. She is all red, and glancing at you. Maybe, hm…you should ask her for her number.Who knows what would it lead you to? You can become a cold-heart casanova?”

A couple people traded drugs, and then a couple went under the tree and started to make out. “Ew…” Sunny sat up and climbed higher. “there is a couple down there. I just want to give them privacy.”

“Vampire Knight, interesting. Death Note, incredible. Kuroshitsuji, nice.” Chaerin chuckled as she used the japanese title of the last one. Learning Japanese was one of her only ‘challenge’ to accomplish in a near future. She already had French and English. Chaerin rolled her eyes in disbelief. “I prefer to be called wise than smart. Smart is more like intellectual, and I’m not an intellectual person. You are…I think you don’t understand what I mean…I understand myself…” She looked away, before turning her gaze upon the couple Sunny spotted. Chaerin chuckled, and looked at the drug dealers impressed. This school really had everything. From geniuses to delinquents. Every single thing. “Let them be, and look at something else, sunbae.” She chuckled again. “Love, love, love. Teenage love, eh?” Chaerin said to herself.

“Because inside it isn’t?…Oh yes,” she nodded after realizing the statement. “The rules…yet…freedom is a myth rather inside or outside.” Chaerin passed a hand in her hair and fixed her glasses. “Freedom is a myth, because, in order to have freedom, we need the total absence of rules; however, we need rules to make the world function. Freedom is nice, but fake. We are never free if there is an institution in power.” At Sunny’s question, the blonde shrugged, and faded in her silence. She had no idea how to answer to that. “Because…like manga culture says…I fall in the categories of the ‘deres’.” Chaerin looked the older one for a moment. “I like to read a few mangas, because they, sometimes, have answers to life or are my written and drawn thoughts…” She sighed. “I’m cold, but I can be warm if you give me the time.”

I’ll have to disagree on that Chaerin… People are one of the best ways to vent about things..

People change constantly…you never know who to really trust. People change like the weather…sometimes the most unpredictable people are the one you can rely on. Life is unexpected…and I rather be convinced on a few things before venting about everything.
